Terms of Service
Last updated October 3, 2026
High School Stage is software that school theater programs use to sell tickets and sponsorships. The school runs its shows and keeps the money; we run the tools. These terms explain what each of us is responsible for.
Who's who
High School Stage is operated by NoLimitz LLC (https://nolimitz.io). "We" and "us" means NoLimitz LLC. A "school" is the school, theater program, or booster club that uses High School Stage to run its box office. "You" is whoever is using the site — a family buying tickets, a sponsor, or a school's staff.
When you buy a ticket, a sponsorship, a season pass, or a shout-out, you are buying it from the school, not from us. The school sets the prices, runs the show, and decides its own refund policy. We provide the website, checkout, tickets, and door-scanning tools the school uses.
Buying tickets
- Families pay the ticket price shown. We don't add fees at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe on the school's behalf, so your card statement shows the school or its booster club. Your money goes to the school's own Stripe account, and we never see your full card details.
- Your ticket is the QR code we email you. Each code gets you in once — please don't copy or resell it. The school may refuse entry for a copied or refunded ticket.
- Refunds are up to the school. If a performance is cancelled, the school decides how to refund you. A refund returns the full ticket price.
- Seating is general admission unless the school says otherwise.
Sponsorships, shout-outs, and artwork
Sponsorships and shout-outs are agreements between you and the school. The school decides what it offers, what it costs, and whether to accept your artwork or message.
When you upload a logo, ad, or message, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it isn't unlawful or hurtful. You let the school and us display it wherever the school promotes its shows — the show pages, the program, tickets and ticket emails, and checkout — for as long as the school features it. You still own it.
Sponsors may pay by card, by bank transfer (ACH), or by check mailed to the school where the school allows it. Money paid by check never passes through us.
For schools
- Your account. Keep sign-ins to people who should have them, and remove people who leave. You are responsible for what your staff do in your account.
- Getting paid. Payments go to a Stripe account you open and control, under Stripe's own terms. You are responsible for your bank details, payouts, and records.
- Your fees. On every paid ticket, we keep a small per-ticket platform fee plus card processing, as shown on our pricing page and in your admin. Families never see it; a sponsor can cover it. Sponsorships carry card processing only.
- Chargebacks. If a buyer disputes a card payment with their bank, your school bears it the way it bears a refund: we take the disputed amount, the card network's dispute fee, and the card processing from that payment's payout and, if that isn't enough, from your Stripe balance, and we return our platform fee. If the dispute is decided in your favor, we give back everything except the dispute fee the card network keeps. While a dispute is open, the tickets on that order won't scan. We tell your admins when a dispute opens and when it closes, and we answer it with the evidence you send us.
- Your content and your students. You are responsible for what you publish — show details, photos, program content, and any student names — and for having whatever permission your school's policies require before you publish them.
- Taxes and the law. You are responsible for sales tax where it applies, for your tax-exempt status and donor acknowledgments, and for following your school's and district's policies.
Plans and Marquee billing
Dress Rehearsal is a free preview of every feature on your first production. When it ends, you stay on Main Stage, which has no subscription fee.
Marquee is an optional paid subscription, billed per school year or monthly. It renews automatically until you cancel. The price, the billing period, and the date it renews are shown before you pay, and you must agree to them to subscribe. We email you before each school-year renewal.
You can cancel anytime from Plan & billing in your admin. Marquee stays on until the end of the period you've paid for; we don't refund the rest of a period. After that you move to Main Stage, free — tickets, passes, and sponsorships already sold keep working.
If we change a subscription price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and the new price starts at your next renewal.
Using the site fairly
Please don't misuse High School Stage: no breaking into accounts or systems, no scraping or overloading the site, no selling fake or copied tickets, no using it to harass anyone, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend an account that does these things.
Our software
We own the High School Stage software and brand. Schools may use it to run their box office while their account is open. Your content stays yours.
When things go wrong
We work hard to keep the site running, especially on show nights, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we provide it as it is.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost sales or a missed performance, and our total responsibility to a school for any claim is limited to the fees that school paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits responsibility the law doesn't let us limit.
A school is responsible for claims that arise from its shows, its content, or its use of the site, and will cover our reasonable costs if someone brings such a claim against us.
Ending things
A school can stop using High School Stage at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, after telling the school why when we can. Either way, the school can ask for an export of its orders and sponsors first.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that we can't resolve by talking it through will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there.
Changes to these terms
If we make a meaningful change, we'll post the new terms here with a new date and, for schools, email the account's admins before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.

Email info@nolimitz.io. For a question about a specific show, ticket, or refund, contact the school first — it's their event.
