- Is Main Stage really free?
- Yes — there is no subscription. The only cost is a small per-ticket fee plus card processing, and a fee sponsor covers both. Families pay the ticket price and nothing more.
- Who covers the fees?
- Your fee sponsor — a local business that sponsors the run in exchange for being thanked on every ticket. Until you've signed one, the fees come out of ticket sales; families never see them either way.
- How much should we ask a fee sponsor for?
- About one and a half times the run's fees, so the sponsorship covers them with room to spare. For a 330-ticket musical at $6, that's about $500.
- What happens when Dress Rehearsal ends?
- Two weeks after your first show's last performance the preview closes and you stay on Main Stage, free. New season passes stop selling; passes and tickets already sold still scan at the door.
- Do other sponsorships cost anything?
- There is no platform fee on sponsorships or parent shout-outs — only card processing. Sponsors can also pay by bank transfer, which costs less.
- How do we sign up for Marquee?
- Start free, then upgrade from Plan & billing in your school's admin whenever you're ready, billed per school year (renewing each August) or monthly. Cancel anytime from the same page; Marquee runs to the end of what you've paid for.
- What about refunds?
- A refund returns the full ticket price to the family. The card network keeps its processing fee on refunds, as it does everywhere.
