Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Ticket buyers: your name, email, what you bought, and when your ticket was scanned at the door.
• Sponsors: your business name, contact name, email, and phone if you give it, plus the logo, ad, or message you upload.
• Shout-outs and guest lists: the names and messages you or the school enter — these may include students' names.
• School staff: your name and email for signing in, handled by our sign-in provider, Clerk.
• Messages you send us through the contact or help forms.
• Basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser, which our servers log to keep the site secure and working.

Card and bank details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To sell and deliver your tickets, send receipts, and check you in at the door.
• To let the school run its shows, sponsorships, and program.
• To bill schools for their plan, answer questions, and send service emails (not marketing).
• To keep the site secure and fix problems.

We don't sell your information, we don't share it for advertising, and we don't use it to build profiles.

Who can see it

• The school you bought from or sponsored. It is their box office, so they see their own orders, sponsors, and guest lists — and only their own.
• Service providers who run parts of the site for us: Stripe (payments), Clerk (sign-in), Amazon Web Services (file storage), and our email provider (receipts and tickets). They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
• The public, for what a school chooses to publish: a sponsor's name, logo, and ad, and shout-out messages, appear on show pages, in the program, and on tickets.
• Authorities, only when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs: one to remember your cart, and our sign-in provider's cookies to keep school staff signed in. No analytics or advertising cookies.

Students and children

High School Stage is used by adults — parents, sponsors, and school staff — and isn't directed at children under 13. Students' names appear only where a parent or the school enters them, such as a shout-out or the program. Schools are responsible for having any permission their policies require first.

If a student's name or photo appears somewhere you'd like it removed, ask the school or email us and we'll take it down.

How long we keep it

We keep order and sponsorship records while the school's account is open, and afterwards as long as schools need them for their financial records and the law requires (for example, tax records). Uploaded artwork is kept while the school features it. When we no longer need information, we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing info@nolimitz.io or contacting the school. We'll respond within 30 days. Some records — such as a completed sale — may need to be kept for the school's accounting, and we'll tell you if so.

Depending on where you live, you may have more rights over your information; we'll honor them. We never sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.

Keeping it safe

Information travels over encrypted connections, each school can see only its own data, and access on our side is limited to the people who run the service. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll post it here with a new date and email school admins before it takes effect.
